Store Policy
We value your visiting and shopping with Trace Herbal Soap & Body Studio. When making a purchase you agree with store policies and terms (Please review Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.)
Orders
All sales are final. Please carefully read all product descriptions and advisory before placing your order. When discount is available only one discount can be applied per order. Discounts cannot be applied to placed orders.
Shipping
Any shipping changes or requests that need to be made to an existing order should be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Any request made outside of that time frame would be for the care of the company if it could be approved.
Orders cannot be edited once made, therefore a new order would have to be placed if and item is looking to be changed, added, or removed from an order in these cases, as long as the order has been fulfilled and/or shipped, we will accept canceling an order outside of the 24-hour window, but only one new order has been placed by the customer.
Unless there is a change noted, orders are typically processed to be packed and shipped out within 2-5 business days. The time frame doesn’t consider the time in which it takes to deliver the order to you from the United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service.
The pricing of shipping costs is not regulated by the company, but instead priced with the United States Postal Service, (USPS) or United Parcel Service, (UPS) rates includes: weight and the shipping destination to regulate the price.
The shipping method in which you choose does not change or affect our company’s fulfillment time. Selecting any priority or expedited shipping will be validated and warrant from the shipping carrier, and the company is not responsible for the package not being delivered in that time frame.
Trace Herbal Soap & Body Studio is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages marked delivered but not received. If this happens, please file a claim with the carrier using your tracking number. Our company will evaluate the appropriate solution to any deliver subject.
Return/Exchanges:
All Sales are final! We accept no returns or exchanges, no exceptions!
Our Products are hand made and made in small batches. No two products will ever be identical, so slight differences in size, smell, color, or consistency is not abnormal.
If an item appears to be missing from an order, we will immediately address the problem by resending that item as a first concern. Missing items need to be reported within three days of the delivery date.
Packages returned to the sender (Trace Herbal Soap & Body Studio) will be refunded: shipping charges will not be refunded.
Trace Herbal Soap & Body Studio in house hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 2pm. We do not process or ship orders on Weekends or National Holidays. Trace Herbal Soap & Body Studio, Customer Service is available Monday 1pm – 5pm, Please allow 24-48 hours for an email or response.
